Shipping Information

All orders are shipped out and delivered on weekdays. When the axolotl is shipped you will receive an email with the FedEx tracking number and the estimated arrival time. The axolotl will arrive within a day and will need imediate care.  


Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island: $30

All Other States: $75

Pick Up Information

Picking up your axolotl is completely free. To pick up your axolotl you need to pay online and press "Pick Up" in the shipping options. Shortly after you will be contacted for a pick up location. 


Dead On Arrival Information

We take great care in ensuring the safe delivery of our beloved axolotls to your doorstep. While it is a rare occurrence, we acknowledge that in the unlikely event an axolotl may arrive deceased due to the complexities of shipping, we are here to assist you.

If you encounter such a situation follow these steps to help us address the issue promptly:

There are two solutions to adress this matter. The first involving a complete refund for the axolotl, excluding the shipping costs. The alternative solution is to send a matching axolotl (same breed, size) as a replacement.

Rest assured, we deeply value your satisfaction and are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter. Our team will work diligently to find the best possible solution for you. A refund cannot be issued if the axolotl dies anytime after being released into the tank.

Refund Policy

If you haven't received the axolotl you ordered and wish to request a refund, please contact us promptly, and we'll ensure a refund is processed for you. However, a nominal deduction will be applied to cover the credit card transaction fees incurred. This deduction is based on the axolotl's purchase price (including shipping). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
